5. Disconnect two harness connectors (Figure 3, Item 6) from thermostatic switch (Figure 3, Item 5).

Handlethermostatic switch temperature probe with care. Thermostatic switch temperature
probe can be damaged if kinked or severely bent.
Note position and orientation ofthermostatic switch temperature probe.
6. With care, remove thermostatic switch temperature probe (Figure 3, Item 1) from grommet (Figure 3, Item 2).
Position thermostatic switch temperature probe aside.
7. Remove grommet (Figure 3, Item 2) from air box (Figure 3, Item 7).
8. Remove two screws (Figure 3, Item 3), washers (Figure 3, Item 4), and thermostatic switch (Figure 3, Item 5)
from air box (Figure 3, Item 7).
