1. Install thermostatic switch (Figure 4, Item 5), two washers (Figure 4, Item 4), and screws (Figure 4, Item 3) on
air box (Figure 4, Item 7).
2. Install grommet (Figure 4, Item 2) on air box (Figure 4, Item 7).
N OT E
Handlethermostatic switch temperature probe with care. Thermostatic switch temperature
probe can be damaged if kinked or severely bent.
Install thermostatic switch temper ture probe as noted during removal.

3. With care, install thermostatic switch temperature probe (Figure 4, Item 1) in grommet (Figure 4, Item 2).
N OT E
Install connectors as noted during removal.
4. Connect two harness connectors (Figure 4, Item 6) to thermostatic switch (Figure 4, Item 5).
