A/C HOSE INSTALLATION CONTINUED

Remove caps or plugs from A/C lines and A/C hoses.
Install A/C lines and A/C hoses as noted during removal.
63. Install new O-ring (Figure 29, Item 1) on A/C line (Figure 29, Item 2) and apply refrigerant compressor
lubricating oil on O-ring.
64. Loosely connect A/C hose (Figure 29, Item 13) on A/C line (Figure 29, Item 2).
65. Install new O-ring (Figure 29, Item 8) on A/C hose (Figure 29, Item 3) and apply refrigerant compressor
lubricating oil on O-ring.
66. Loosely connect A/C hose (Figure 29, Item 3) on accumulator (Figure 29, Item 5).
67. Tighten two fittings (Figure 29, Items 4 and 12).
68. Install two new O-rings (Figure 29, Items 9 and 14) on A/C hose (Figure 29, Item 6) and apply refrigerant
compressor lubricating oil on O-rings.
69. Loosely connect A/C hose (Figure 29, Item 6) on A/C line (Figure 29, Item 10) and accumulator (Figure 29,
Item 5).
70. Tighten two fittings (Figure 29, Items 7 and 11).
