1. Remove three nuts (Figure 1, Item 1) and washers (Figure 1, Item 3) from studs (Figure 1, Item 2).
2. Remove three bolts (Figure 1, Item 6) and washers (Figure 1, Item 7) from machine (Figure 1, Item 5).
3. Remove battery box cover (Figure 1, Item 4) from machine (Figure 1, Item 5).
