REMOVAL

1. Remove two bolts (Figure 1, Item 9), washers (Figure 1, Item 8), cover (Figure 1, Item 7), and gasket (Figure 1,
Item 10) from front cover (Figure 1, Item 5). Discard gasket.
2. Remove two sealing washers (Figure 1, Item 2) and studs (Figure 1, Item 1) from front cover (Figure 1, Item 5).
Discard sealing washers.
3. Remove 23 bolts (Figure 1, Item 4), washers (Figure 1, Item 3), front cover (Figure 1, Item 5) and gasket
(Figure 1, Item 6) from machine. Discard gasket.

Clean and inspect all parts IAW Mechanical General Maintenance Instructions (WP 0295).

1. Install new gasket (Figure 1, Item 6), front cover (Figure 1, Item 5), 23 washers (Figure 1, Item 3) and bolts
(Figure 1, Item 4) on machine.
2. install two studs (Figure 1, Item 1) and new sealing washers (Figure 1, Item 2) on front cover (Figure 1, Item 5).
3. Install new gasket (Figure 1, Item 10), cover (Figure 1, Item 7), two washers (Figure 1, Item 8), and bolts
(Figure 1, Item 9) on front cover (Figure 1, Item 5).
