1. Insert axle removal tool and adapter (Figure 1, Item 1) 37 in. (940 mm) in final drive (Figure 1, Item 2).
2. Rotate axle removal tool and adapter (Figure 1, Item 1) 180 degrees.
3. Pull axle removal tool and adapter (Figure 1, Item 1) until sliding carrier stops.
4. Rotate axle removal tool and adapter (Figure 1, Item 1) 180 degrees.
5. Remove axle removal tool and adapter (Figure 1, Item 1) 37 in. (940 mm) from final drive (Figure 1, Item 2).
