WARN I N G
Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use
assistance during procedure. Ensure lifting device used is in good condition and of
suitable load capacity. Keep clear of heavy parts supported only by lifting device. Failure to
follow this warning may cause injury or death to personnel.
N OT E
Radiator guard weighs approximately 3,000 lb (1,361 kg).
1. Attach suitable lifting device to radiator guard (Figure 12, Item 4).
2. Using lifting device, install radiator guard (Figure 12, Item 4) and two pins (Figure 12, Items 5 and 9) on
machine.
3. Install plate (Figure 12, Item 3), two washers (Figure 12, Item 2), and bolts (Figure 12, Item 1) on radiator guard
(Figure 12, Item 4).
4. Repeat step 3 for other side of machine.
5. Install washer (Figure 12, Item 8), bolt (Figure 12, Item 6), and nut (Figure 12, Item 7) on radiator guard
(Figure 12, Item 4).
6. Repeat step 5 for other side of machine.
