WIPER MOTOR REMOVAL

1. Position headliner (Figure 5, Item 1) aside and remove tiedown strap (Figure 5, Item 2) from harness (Figure 5,
Item 3). Discard tiedown strap.

Tag electrical connector to aid installation.
2. Disconnect wiper motor connector (Figure 5, Item 4) from harness (Figure 5, Item 3).

3. Remove nut (Figure 6, Item 2) and washer (Figure 6, Item 3) from wiper motor (Figure 6, Item 1).
4. Remove bolt (Figure 6, Item 6), washer (Figure 6, Item 7), plate (Figure 6, Item 4), and wiper motor (Figure 6,
Item 1) from machine.
5. Remove gasket (Figure 6, Item 5) from plate (Figure 6, Item 4). Discard gasket.
