Steps 13 and 14 describe installation of hardware at right side cab door opening. Use
same method to install hardware at left side cab door opening.
13. Install washer (Figure 16, Item 5) and bolt (Figure 16, Item 4) on cab (Figure 16, Item 6).
14. Install four washers (Figure 16, Item 3) and bolts (Figure 16, Item 2) on cab (Figure 16, Item 6).
15. Install floor mat (Figure 16, Item 1) on cab floor.
