REMOVAL CONTINUED
WARN I N G
Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use
assistance during procedure. Ensure lifting device used is in good condition and of
suitable load capacity. Keep clear of heavy parts supported only by lifting device. Failure
to follow this warning may cause injury or death to personnel.
N OT E
Lift cylinder weighs approximately 440 lb (200 kg).
12. Attach sling and lifting device to cylinder (Figure 5, Item 3) underneath bracket.
13. Remove slack from sling.
14. Remove four bolts (Figure 5, Item 1) and two caps (Figure 5, Item 2) from cylinder (Figure 5, Item 3) and yoke
(Figure 5, Item 4).
15. Using a lifting device, remove cylinder (Figure 5, Item 3) from machine and place on flat surface.
16. Remove lifting device and sling from cylinder (Figure 5, Item 3).
