Lubricating/hydraulic oils used in performance of maintenance can be very slippery.
Immediately wipe up any spills. Failure to follow this warning may result in injury to
personnel.
N OT E
Install hoses and fittings as noted during removal.
Hydraulic hoses and fittings are all installed in generally the same manner. This procedure
covers installation of one hydraulic hose, line, and fitting on the machine.
1. Install two new O-rings (Figure 2, Item 11) on hose (Figure 2, Item 1).
2. Install hose (Figure 2, Item 1), two flanges (Figure 2, Item 10), four washers (Figure 2, Item 9), and bolts
(Figure 2, Item 8) on machine.
3. Install two flanges (Figure 2, Item 7), guard, if removed, (Figure 2, Item 6), four washers (Figure 2, Item 5), and
bolts (Figure 2, Item 4) on hose (Figure 2, Item 1).
4. If removed, install sleeve (Figure 2, Item 2) and two clamps (Figure 2, Item 3) on hose (Figure 2, Item 1).
