MALFUNCTION
TEST OR INSPECTION

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
1. AIR CONDITIONING INOPERATIVE.
Check for open circuit breakers for CONDENSER 1, CONDENSER 2, and blower/AC at fuse
panel.
a.
Reset circuit breaker (WP 0017).
b.
If problem persists, notify Field Maintenance.
2. DOMELAMP INOPERATIVE.
Step 1.
Check for burned out or defective bulb.
Replace bulb (WP 0014). If problem persists, go to Step 2.
Step 2.
Check for blown fuse (fuse 29) at fuse panel.
a.
Replace fuse (WP 0017).
b.
If problem persists, notify Field Maintenance.
3. DOZER BLADE INOPERATIVE.
Check for blown fuse (fuse 30) at fuse panel.
a.
Replace fuse (WP 0017).
b.
If problem persists, notify Field Maintenance.
4.
FAN INOPERATIVE.
Check for blown fuse (fuse 19) at fuse panel.
a.
Reset circuit breaker or replace fuse (WP 0017).
b.
If problem persists, notify Field Maintenance.
5. HEATER AND AIR CONDITIONING INOPERATIVE.
Check for open circuit breakers for CONDENSER 1, CONDENSER 2, and blower/AC at fuse
panel.
Reset circuit breaker (WP 0017). If problem persists, notify Field Maintenance.
6. HORN INOPERATIVE WHEN BUTTON IS PRESSED.
Step 1.
Check for blown fuse (fuse 5) at fuse panel.
Replace fuse (WP 0017). If problem persists, go to Step 2.
Step 2.
Check wiring harness and ground connections.
a.
Reconnect horn connectors, if required.
b.
If problem persists or if harness damage is found, notify Field Maintenance.
