10. Turn battery disconnect and engine start switches to ON position (TM 5-2410-240-10) to establish
communications with ECMs.
N OT E
Check cable connections and reconnect if Cat Mil ET and communication adapter do not
communicate with ECM. If no communication persists, refer to ECM Programming
Cat Mil ET will display a lis of all ECMs on machine.
