Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use
assistance during procedure. Ensure any lifting device used is in good condition and of
suitable load capacity. Keep clear of heavy parts supported only by lifting device. Failure
to follow this warning may cause injury or death to personnel.
N OT E
Cooling module and core assembly weigh approximately 814 lb (369 kg).
9. Install threaded rod (Figure 16, Item 4) in bolt hole (Figure 16, Item 3) on bottom of cooling module (Figure 16,
Item 1).
10. Install two bracket links (Figure 16, Item 5), bolts (Figure 16, Item 2), and lifting device on cooling module
(Figure 16, Item 1).
11. Using lifting device and assistance, install cooling module (Figure 16, Item 1) on machine.
