1. Install four new gaskets (Figure 13, Item 7) on radiator core (Figure 13, Item 6).

Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use
assistance during procedure. Failure to follow this warning may cause injury or death to
personnel.
N OT E
Radiator core weighs approximately 85 lb (39 kg).
Aftercooler core weighs approximately 85 lb (39 kg).
Oil cooler core weighs approximately 85 lb (39 kg).
2. With assistance, install radiator core (Figure 13, Item 6) between aftercooler core (Figure 13, Item 9) and oil
cooler core (Figure 13, Item 5).
3. Install two brackets (Figure 13, Item 14), mounts (Figure 13, Item 13), washers (Figure 13, Item 12 and 11),
and bolts (Figure 13, Item 10) on top plate (Figure 13, Item 3).
4. Install two seals (Figure 13, Item 4), bottom plate (Figure 13, Item 8), top plate (Figure 13, Item 3), 24 washers
(Figure 13, Item 1), and bolts (Figure 13, Item 2) on core assembly (Figure 13, Items 5, 6, and 9).
