Note length and position of bolts to aid installation.
1. Remove two bolts (Figure 1, Item 10) and bracket (Figure 1, Item 11) from engine (Figure 1, Item 8).

Tag and mark electrical connectors to aid installation.
2. Disconnect fuel pressure differential switch connector (Figure 1, Item 1) from engine (Figure 1, Item 8).
3. Disconnect fuel temperature sensor connector (Figure 1, Item 4) from engine (Figure 1, Item 8).
4. Disconnect liquid level sensor connector (Figure 1, Item 2) from engine (Figure 1, Item 8).
5. Disconnect fuel pressure switch connector (Figure 1, Item 3) from engine (Figure 1, Item 8).
6. Disconnect upper harness connector (Figure 1, Item 7) from lower harness connector (Figure 1, Item 9).

Note location of tiedown straps to aid installation.
7. Remove nine tiedown straps (Figure 1, Item 6) securing upper harness (Figure 1, Item 5) on engine (Figure 1,
Item 8). Discard tiedown straps.

Note routing of upper harness to aid installation.
8. Remove upper harness (Figure 1, Item 5) from engine (Figure 1, Item 8).
