OIL TUBE REMOVAL

1. Remove primary fuel filter (WP 0074).
WARN I N G
Lubricating/hydraulic oils used in the performance of maintenance can be very slippery.
Immediately wipe up any spills. Failure to follow these warnings may result in injury to
personnel.
C AU T I O N
Wipe area clean around fuel injection tubes. Contamination of system could result in
premature failure.
N OT E
Tag and cap tubes to aid installation.
Tag and note routing of wiring harness to aid installation.
2. Disconnect harness connector (Figure 5, Item 7) from machine and position aside.
3. Position drain pan under vehicle.
4. Loosen tube nut (Figure 5, Item 2) from fuel injection pump (Figure 5, Item 1).
5. Remove fluid passage bolt (Figure 5, Item 4), washer (Figure 5, Item 5), tube (Figure 5, Item 3), and washer
(Figure 5, Item 6) from machine. Discard washers.
