Clean and inspect all parts IAW Mechanical General Maintenance Instructions (WP 0282).

Apply liberal amount of antiseize compound on bolts.
4. Install four studs (Figure 2, Item 5) to exhaust manifold (Figure 2, Item 2). Tighten studs.
5. Install two new gaskets (Figure 2, Item 1) and exhaust manifold (Figure 2, Item 2) on engine.
6. Install 12 spacers (Figure 2, Item 4) and bolts (Figure 2, Item 3) on exhaust manifold (Figure 2, Item 2). Torque
bolts to 32 2 lb-ft (44 3 Nm).
