3. Install bracket (Figure 9, Item 1), upper clip (Figure 9, Item 4), and lower clip (Figure 9, Item 5) on studs
(Figure 9, Item 6).
4. Install three new tiedown straps (Figure 9, Item 3) on bracket (Figure 9, Item 1) and harness (Figure 9, Item 2).
