FRONT BOTTOM GUARD REMOVAL

1. Remove six bolts (Figure 1, Item 4), washers (Figure 1, Item 3), and two plates (Figure 1, Item 5) from front
bottom guard (Figure 1, Item 6).
WARN I N G
Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use
assistance during procedure. Ensure any lifting device used is in good condition and of
suitable load capacity. Keep clear of heavy parts supported only by lifting device.
Guards will fall when bolts are removed.
Debris may accumulate inside bottom guards and significantly affect weight and balance.
Use extreme caution during removal of bottom guards.
Failure to follow these warnings may result in injury or death to personnel.
N OT E
Front bottom guard weighs approximately 163 lb (74 kg).
2. While supporting front bottom guard (Figure 1, Item 6), remove 10 bolts (Figure 1, Item 1) and washers
(Figure 1, Item 2) from machine.
