HYDRAULIC SYSTEM SUPPLY HOSES AND MANIFOLD INSTALLATION

Remove caps or plugs from hoses, fittings, and open ports.
Install hoses and fittings as noted during removal.
1. Install two brackets (Figure 22, Items 17 and 1), three washers (Figure 22, Item 3), and bolts (Figure 22,
Item 4) on winch piston pump (Figure 22, Item 2).
2. Install manifold (Figure 22, Item 10), three washers (Figure 22, Item 18), and bolts (Figure 22, Item 19) on
bracket (Figure 22, Item 17).
3. Install hose clamp (Figure 22, Item 15), washer (Figure 22, Item 16), and bolt (Figure 22, Item 14) on bracket
(Figure 22, Item 17).
4. Install two clamps (Figure 22, Item 9) on hose (Figure 22, Item 6).
5. Connect hose (Figure 22, Item 6) on fitting (Figure 22, Item 5) and manifold (Figure 22, Item 10) and tighten
two clamps (Figure 22, Item 9).
6. Install two clamps (Figure 22, Item 8) on hose (Figure 22, Item 7).
7. Connect hose (Figure 22, Item 7) to manifold (Figure 22, Item 10) and winch piston pump (Figure 22, Item 2)
and tighten two clamps (Figure 22, Item 8).
8. Install two clamps (Figure 22, Item 11) on hose (Figure 22, Item 13).
9. Connect hose (Figure 22, Item 13) to hydraulic tank (Figure 22, Item 12) and manifold (Figure 22, Item 10) and
tighten two clamps (Figure 22, Item 11).
