WINCH PUMP CHARGE HOSES AND TUBES INSTALLATION CONTINUED

Remove caps or plugs from hoses and fittings.
Install hoses, fittings, and tiedown straps as noted during removal.
7. Lubricate four new O-rings (Figure 21, Item 4) with lubricating oil.
8. Install four new O-rings (Figure 21, Item 4) on two fittings (Figure 21, Items 1 and 8).
9. Install two fittings (Figure 21, Items 1 and 8) on winch piston pump (Figure 21, Item 9).
10. Connect hose (Figure 21, Item 3) to fitting (Figure 21, Item 1) and tighten tube nut (Figure 21, Item 2).
11. Connect hose (Figure 21, Item 6) to fitting (Figure 21, Item 8) and tighten tube nut (Figure 21, Item 7).
12. Install new tiedown straps (Figure 21, Item 5) on two hoses (Figure 21, Items 6 and 3).

13. Install manifold as described in this work package. Refer to Hydraulic System Supply Hoses and Manifold
Installation.
14. Install rear cab floor plates (WP 0205).
15. Install batteries (WP 0142).
