WINCH PUMP CHARGE HOSES AND TUBES INSTALLATION

Remove caps or plugs from hoses and fittings.
Install hoses, tubes, and fittings as noted during removal.
1. Install bracket (Figure 20, Item 5), two washers (Figure 20, Item 9), and bolts (Figure 20, Item 10) on machine.
2. Lubricate four new O-rings (Figure 20, Item 4) with lubricating oil.
3. Install four new O-rings (Figure 20, Item 4) on two tubes (Figure 20, Item 3) and fittings (Figure 20, Item 1).
4. Install two tubes (Figure 20, Item 3) and nuts (Figure 20, Item 6) on bracket (Figure 20, Item 5).
5. Connect two tubes (Figure 20, Item 3) to fittings (Figure 20, Items 1) and tighten tube nuts (Figure 20, Item 2).
6. Connect two hoses (Figure 20, Item 8) to tubes (Figure 20, Item 3) and tighten tube nuts (Figure 20, Item 7).
