WINCH PRESSURE AND RETURN HOSE AND TUBES INSTALLATION CONTINUED

Remove caps or plugs from hose and fitting.
Install hose, fitting, electrical connector, and tiedown straps as noted during removal.
30. Lubricate two new O-rings (Figure 16, Item 11) with lubricating oil.
31. Install two new O-rings (Figure 16, Item 11) on fitting (Figure 16, Item 1).
32. Install fitting (Figure 16, Item 1) on winch piston pump (Figure 16, Item 2).
33. Connect hose (Figure 16, Item 9) to fitting (Figure 16, Item 1) and tighten tube nut (Figure 16, Item 8).
34. Install solenoid (Figure 16, Item 4), new O-ring (Figure 16, Item 6), and nut (Figure 16, Item 3) on winch piston
pump (Figure 16, Item 2).
35. Connect harness (Figure 16, Item 5) to solenoid (Figure 16, Item 4).
36. Install new tiedown strap (Figure 16, Item 7) on harness (Figure 16, Item 5) and solenoid (Figure 16, Item 4).
37. Install new tiedown straps (Figure 16, Item 10) on hose (Figure 16, Item 9).

39. Install two new O-rings (Figure 17, Item 4) on fitting (Figure 17, Item 11).
40. Loosely install fitting (Figure 17, Item 11) and nut (Figure 17, Item 7) on bracket (Figure 17, Item 8).
