WINCH PRESSURE AND RETURN HOSE AND TUBES INSTALLATION

Remove cap or plugs from hoses and open ports.
Install hoses and fittings as noted during removal.
1. Lubricate two new O-rings (Figure 13, Item 5) with lubricating oil.
2. Install two new O-rings (Figure 13, Item 5) on hoses (Figure 13, Items 1 and 7).
3. Install two hoses (Figure 13, Items 1 and 7), four clamps (Figure 13, Item 4), eight washers (Figure 13, Item 3),
and bolts (Figure 13, Item 2) on winch piston pump (Figure 13, Item 6).
