WINCH PRESSURE AND RETURN HOSE AND TUBES INSTALLATION CONTINUED

Remove caps or plugs from hoses and fittings.
Install hoses, fittings, and tiedown strap as noted during removal.
4. Install bracket (Figure 14, Item 9), two washers (Figure 14, Item 19), and bolts (Figure 14, Item 18) on
machine.
5. Lubricate two new O-rings (Figure 14, Item 20) with lubricating oil.
6. Install two new O-rings (Figure 14, Item 20) on fitting (Figure 14, Item 8).
7. Loosely install fitting (Figure 14, Item 8) and nut (Figure 14, Item 10) on bracket (Figure 14, Item 9).
8. Connect hose (Figure 14, Item 12) to fitting (Figure 14, Item 8) and tighten nut (Figure 14, Item 10) and tube
nut (Figure 14, Item 11).
9. Connect hose (Figure 14, Item 6) to fitting (Figure 14, Item 8) and tighten tube nut (Figure 14, Item 7).
10. Lubricate new O-ring (Figure 14, Item 20) with lubricating oil.
11. Install new O-ring (Figure 14, Item 20) on tube (Figure 14, Item 3).
12. Loosely install tube (Figure 14, Item 3) and nut (Figure 14, Item 17) on bracket (Figure 14, Item 9).
13. Connect hose (Figure 14, Item 13) to tube (Figure 14, Item 3) and tighten nut (Figure 14, Item 17) and tube nut
(Figure 14, Item 14).
14. Install two washers (Figure 14, Item 1) and bolts (Figure 14, Item 2) on tube (Figure 14, Item 3).
15. Connect hose (Figure 14, Item 5) to tube (Figure 14, Item 3) and tighten tube nut (Figure 14, Item 4).
16. Install new tiedown straps (Figure 14, Item 16) on harness (Figure 14, Item 15) and bracket (Figure 14, Item 9).
