Hydraulic hoses, fittings, and clamps are all installed using the same general method. This
procedure covers installation of one hydraulic hose assembly on machine.
Install hoses as noted during removal.
16. Install new O-ring (Figure 13, Item 8) and elbow (Figure 13, Item 1) on demand fan manifold (Figure 13,
Item 6).
17. Install new O-ring (Figure 13, Item 2) and elbow (Figure 13, Item 3) on elbow (Figure 13, Item 1).
18. Install new O-ring (Figure 13, Item 4) on elbow (Figure 13, Item 3).
19. Install hose (Figure 13, Item 7) on machine and tighten hose fitting (Figure 13, Item 5) on elbow (Figure 13,
Item 3).
