8. Pivot hood support (Figure 8, Item 1) rearward.
N OT E
Position brackets as marked during removal.
9. Position two brackets (Figure 8, Item 2) and tighten six bolts (Figure 8, Item 3).
10. Install six washers (Figure 8, Item 4) and bolts (Figure 8, Item 5) retaining hood support (Figure 8, Item 1) on
brackets (Figure 8, Item 2).
11. Remove lifting device from hood support (Figure 8, Item 1).
12. If not arctic kit heater equipped, install retaining bracket, ether valve, and ether bottle (WP 0048).
