Lubricating/hydraulic oils used in performance of maintenance can be very slippery.
Immediately wipe up any spills. Failure to follow this warning may result in injury to
personnel.
N OT E
Hydraulic hoses, fittings, and clamps are all installed using the same general method. This
procedure covers installation of one hydraulic hose, assembly on machine.
1. Remove caps and install six new O-rings (Figure 2, Item 4) on six fittings (Figure 2, Item 2).
N OT E
Install fittings as noted during removal.
2. Remove caps and install six fittings (Figure 2, Item 2) on demand fan manifold (Figure 2, Item 1).
3. Install six new O-rings (Figure 2, Item 3) on six fittings (Figure 2, Item 2).
