REMOVAL CONTINUED
C AU T I O N
Cap all A/C hoses and receiver dryer during removal to protect against contamination.
Failure to follow this caution may result in equipment damage.
N OT E
Tag and mark A/C hoses to aid installation.
Note routing of A/C hoses to aid installation.
9. Loosen two fittings (Figure 5, Item 5) and disconnect A/C hoses (Figure 5, Items 7 and 11) from receiver dryer
(Figure 5, Item 4).
10. Remove two O-rings (Figure 5, Item 8) from two A/C hoses (Figure 5, Items 7 and 11). Discard O-rings and
position A/C hoses aside.

Note orientation of receiver dryer and routing of A/C hose to aid installation.
11. Remove nut (Figure 5, Item 12), washer (Figure 5, Item 13), two clamps (Figure 5, Items 3 and 2), and receiver
dryer (Figure 5, Item 4) from machine (Figure 5, Item 1) and position A/C hose (Figure 5, Item 6) aside.
12. Remove clamp (Figure 5, Item 2) from receiver dryer (Figure 5, Item 4).

13. Disconnect cab harness (Figure 5, Item 9) from relay harness (Figure 5, Item 10).
