16. Remove one tiedown strap (Figure 7, Item 2), wiring harness (Figure 7, Item 6) and grommet (Figure 7, Item 5)
from bracket (Figure 7, Item 7). Discard tiedown strap and position wiring harness aside.
17. Remove two bolts (Figure 7, Item 3), washers (Figure 7, Item 4), and bracket (Figure 7, Item 7) from bracket
(Figure 7, Item 1).
