A/C BRACKET INSTALLATION

N OT E
Remove caps or plugs from heater hoses and fittings and install heater hoses as noted
during removal.
1. Install bracket (Figure 15, Item 3), two washers (Figure 15, Item 5), and bolts (Figure 15, Item 6) on machine
(Figure 15, Item 4).
2. Connect four heater hoses (Figure 15, Item 9) on bracket (Figure 15, Item 3) and tighten clamps (Figure 15,
Item 8).
3. Turn two handles (Figure 15, Item 10) on shutoff valves (Figure 15, Item 11) to ON position.

Remove caps or plugs from fittings and install fittings as noted during removal.
4. Install two fittings (Figure 15, Item 7) and nuts (Figure 15, Item 2) on bracket (Figure 15, Item 3).
5. Install two fittings (Figure 15, Item 1) on fittings (Figure 15, Item 7).
6. Fill cooling system with engine coolant (WP 0043).
