A/C HOSE INSTALLATION

N OT E
Remove caps or plugs from A/C hoses and fittings and install A/C hoses as noted during
removal.
1. Install two new O-rings (Figure 16, Item 4) on two A/C hoses (Figure 16, Items 3 and 7) and apply refrigerant
compressor lubricating oil on O-rings.
2. Loosely connect two A/C hoses (Figure 16, Items 3 and 7) on condenser (Figure 16, Item 5).
3. Install convoluted tube (Figure 16, Item 10) and clamp (Figure 16, Item 9) on A/C hose (Figure 16, Item 3).
4. Install clamp (Figure 16, Item 9), washer (Figure 16, Item 11), and bolt (Figure 16, Item 1) on machine
(Figure 16, Item 2).
N OT E
Install tiedown straps as noted during removal.
5. Install two new tiedown straps (Figure 16, Item 8) on A/C hoses (Figure 16, Items 3 and 7).
6. Tighten two fittings (Figure 16, Item 6).
