Clean and inspect all parts IAW Mechanical General Maintenance Instructions (WP 0282).

Remove caps or plugs from A/C line and A/C hose and install A/C line as noted during
removal.
1. Install new O-ring (Figure 3, Item 1) on A/C line (Figure 3, Item 2) and apply refrigerant compressor oil on O-
ring.
2. Install low pressure switch (Figure 3, Item 4) on A/C line (Figure 3, Item 2).
3. Install two new O-rings (Figure 3, Item 8) on A/C compressor (Figure 3, Item 7) and apply refrigerant
compressor oil on O-rings.
4. Install new O-ring (Figure 3, Item 16) on A/C hose (Figure 3, Item 15) and A/C line (Figure 3, Item 14) and
apply refrigerant compressor oil on O-rings.
5. Connect A/C line (Figure 3, Item 12) on A/C line (Figure 3, Item 14) and tighten fitting (Figure 3, Item 13).
6. Connect A/C line (Figure 3, Item 2) on A/C hose (Figure 3, Item 15) and tighten fitting (Figure 3, Item 3).
7. Install A/C lines (Figure 3, Items 2 and 12), plate (Figure 3, Item 9), washer (Figure 3, Item 10), and bolt
(Figure 3, Item 11) on A/C compressor (Figure 3, Item 7).
8. Connect low pressure switch (Figure 4, Item 4) on harness connector (Figure 4, Item 6).

Install tiedown strap as noted during removal.
9. Install new tiedown strap (Figure 3, Item 5) on harness connectors (Figure 3, Item 6).
