Components with metal parts can cause severe burns at operating temperature. Allow
components to cool before performing maintenance on them. Wear insulated gloves, long
sleeves, and eye protection when working with heated parts. Failure to follow this warning
may cause injury or death to personnel.
1. Remove three bolts (Figure 1, Item 2), washers (Figure 1, Item 1), and cover (Figure 1, Item 3) from radiator
guard (Figure 1, Item 4).
