Tighten down nuts evenly in order to push protective sleeve off the seal.
2. Install crankshaft seal (Figure 4, Item 2), five washers (Figure 4, Item 4), and nuts (Figure 4, Item 3) on engine
(Figure 4, Item 1).
3. Remove protective sleeve (Figure 4, Item 5) from crankshaft seal (Figure 4, Item 2). Discard protective sleeve.
