12. Install electrical post (Figure 15, Item 10), two bolts (Figure 15, Item 9), new lockwashers (Figure 15, Item 2),
and nuts (Figure 15, Item 1) on front battery box cover (Figure 15, Item 24).

Arctic kit cable shown for machines equipped with arctic kit. Step 13 is for machines
equipped with arctic kit. Go to step 14 if arctic kit is not installed.
13. Position arctic kit junction block cable (Figure 15, Item 13) on electrical post (Figure 15, Item 10).
N OT E
Decals can not be re-used. New decal must be installed if battery box is being replaced.
Install new decals as noted during removal.
14. Install new decal (Figure 15, Item 6) on front battery box cover (Figure 15, Item 24).
15. Install battery disconnect switch (Figure 15, Item 8), two new lockwashers (Figure 15, Item 5), and nut
(Figure 15, Item 4) on front battery box cover (Figure 15, Item 24).
16. Install receptacle cable (Figure 15, Item 15), four washers (Figure 15, Item 17), and bolts (Figure 15, Item 16)
on front battery box cover (Figure 15, Item 24).
17. Install ladder clip (Figure 15, Item 14), washer (Figure 15, Item 12), and bolt (Figure 15, Item 11) on front
battery box cover. (Figure 15, Item 24).
18. Install bracket (Figure 15, Item 23), receptacle cable cover (Figure 15, Item 26), receptacle cable cover strap
(Figure 15, Item 18), washer (Figure 15, Item 19), and bolt (Figure 15, Item 20) on front battery box cover
(Figure 15, Item 24).
19. Install receptacle cable cover (Figure 15, Item 26) on receptacle cable (Figure 15, Item 15).
20. Install key (Figure 15, Item 3) on battery disconnect switch (Figure 15, Item 8).
21. Install key strap (Figure 15, Item 7), two washers (Figure 15, Item 22), bolt (Figure 15, Item 21), and nuts
(Figure 15, Item 25), on bracket (Figure 15, Item 23).
