Lubricate O-rings prior to installation.
1. Position new O-ring (Figure 6, Item 3) and fitting (Figure 6, Item 2) on tilt cylinder (Figure 6, Item 1), and install
four washers (Figure 6, Item 5) and bolts (Figure 6, Item 4).
WARN I N G
Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use
assistance during procedure. Ensure lifting device used is in good condition and of
suitable load capacity. Keep clear of heavy parts supported only by lifting device. Failure
to follow this warning may cause injury or death to personnel.
N OT E
Tilt cylinder weighs 341 lb (155 kg).
2. Attach sling (Figure 7, Item 2) and lifting device on tilt cylinder (Figure 7, Item 1) and with assistance position
tilt cylinder on machine.
