1. Start machine (TM 5-2410-241-10).

Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use
assistance during procedure. Ensure lifting device used is in good condition and of
suitable load capacity. Keep clear of heavy parts supported only by lifting device. Failure to
follow this warning may cause injury or death to personnel.
C AU T I O N
Cable must not be allowed to tangle, or "birds nest," during removal. Pull cable in straight
line from back of machine or feed cable into suitable container for storage. Failure to
follow this caution may damage equipment.
N OT E
Based on actual length, cable could weigh up to 400 lb (181 kg).
Original cable length is 175 ft (53 m). Ensure adequate space or suitable container is
available to perform this operation.
