1. Turn battery disconnect switch
and ignition switch to ON position
(TM 5-2410-240-10).
2. Using digital multimeter (WP
Voltage Greater Than 0.3 Volts -
0283), measure for voltage
Replace platform wiring harness (WP
between PL-C5 terminal 50 (WP
0155).

Connect winch solenoid wiring har-
ness connector WC-C4 on winch oil
pressure sensor (WP 0018, Figure
251) (WP 0136).
Install rear bottom guards on machine
(WP 0156).
Proceed to step 3.
Voltage 0.3 Volts or Less - Replace
machine ECM (WP 0149).
Connect platform wiring harness con-
nector PL-C2 (WP 0018, Figure 215)
on equipment ECM (WP 0148).
Connect winch solenoid wiring har-
ness connector WC-C2 (WP 0018,
Figure 249) on platform wiring har-
ness connector PL-C33 (WP 0018,
Figure 233) (WP 0137).
Install right rear access cover on
machine (WP 0191).
Connect winch solenoid wiring har-
ness connector WC-C4 on winch oil
pressure sensor (WP 0018, Figure
251) (WP 0136).
Install rear bottom guards on machine
(WP 0156).
Proceed to step 3.
3. Using MSD (WP 0016), select
Code 2441-03 Active - Repeat trou-
machine control D6K ECM and
bleshooting code from the beginning.
verify 2441-03 is not active.
Code 2441-03 Not Active - Trouble-
shooting complete.
