COOLING SYSTEM HOSES REMOVAL CONTINUED

Tag and mark hoses to aid installation.
Note location of tiedown straps and hose routing to aid installation.
Cap hose ends and plug fittings.
5. Remove two tiedown straps (Figure 2, Item 6) from hose (Figure 2, Item 2). Discard tiedown straps.
6. Loosen two clamps (Figure 2, Item 1) and remove hose (Figure 2, Item 2) from machine.
7. Remove two clamps (Figure 2, Item 1) from hose (Figure 2, Item 2).
8. Remove six tiedown straps (Figure 2, Item 7) and hose (Figure 2, Item 4) from machine. Discard tiedown
straps.
9. Loosen two clamps (Figure 2, Item 5) and remove hose (Figure 2, Item 3) from machine.
10. Remove two clamps (Figure 2, Item 5) from hose (Figure 2, Item 3).
11. Loosen two clamps (Figure 2, Item 8) and remove hose (Figure 2, Item 9) from machine.
12. Remove two clamps (Figure 2, Item 8) from hose (Figure 2, Item 9).
13. Loosen two clamps (Figure 2, Item 10) and remove hose (Figure 2, Item 11) from machine.
14. Remove two clamps (Figure 2, Item 10) from hose (Figure 2, Item 11).
15. Loosen clamp (Figure 2, Item 12) and remove hose (Figure 2, Item 13) from machine.
16. Remove clamp (Figure 2, Item 12) from hose (Figure 2, Item 13).
