COOLING SYSTEM HOSES INSTALLATION

Remove all caps and plugs prior to installation.
Install hoses and tiedown straps as noted during removal.
1. Install clamp (Figure 7, Item 12) on hose (Figure 7, Item 13).
2. Install hose (Figure 7, Item 13) on machine and tighten clamp (Figure 7, Item 12).
3. Install two clamps (Figure 7, Item 10) on hose (Figure 7, Item 11).
4. Install hose (Figure 7, Item 11) on machine and tighten two clamps (Figure 7, Item 10).
5. Install two clamps (Figure 7, Item 8) on hose (Figure 7, Item 9).
6. Install hose (Figure 7, Item 9) on machine and tighten two clamps (Figure 7, Item 8).
7. Install two clamps (Figure 7, Item 5) on hose (Figure 7, Item 3).
8. Install hose (Figure 7, Item 3) on machine and tighten two clamps (Figure 7, Item 5).
9. Install hose (Figure 7, Item 4) and six new tiedown straps (Figure 7, Item 7) on machine.
10. Install two clamps (Figure 7, Item 1) on hose (Figure 7, Item 2).
11. Install hose (Figure 7, Item 2) on machine and tighten two clamps (Figure 7, Item 1).
12. Install two new tiedown strap (Figure 7, Item 6) on hose (Figure 7, Item 2).
