Tag and mark wires and lines to aid installation.
1. Record all diagnostic codes and save ECM configuration data (WP 0017).
2. Remove bolt (Figure 1, Item 2), nut (Figure 1, Item 4), and clamp (Figure 1, Item 5) from bracket (Figure 1,
Item 3) and position hose (Figure 1, Item 1) aside.
3. Remove tiedown strap (Figure 1, Item 11) from ECM wiring harness (Figure 1, Item 12). Discard tiedown strap.
4. Loosen two bolts (Figure 1, Item 8) and disconnect two connectors (Figure 1, Item 9) from ECM (Figure 1,
Item 10).
5. Disconnect electrical connector (Figure 1, Item 16) and position aside.
6. Remove nut (Figure 1, Item 13), three clamps (Figure 1, Item 14), and three tiedown straps (Figure 1, Item 15)
from ECM wiring harness (Figure 1, Item 12).
7. Remove four bolts (Figure 1, Item 7), washers (Figure 1, Item 6), and ECM (Figure 1, Item 10) from machine.
8. Remove three tiedown straps (Figure 1, Item 17) and disconnect wiring harness (Figure 1, Item 18) from ECM
(Figure 1, Item 10). Discard tiedown straps.
