If replacement fuel injector is installed, record fuel injector code prior to installation.
1. If a replacement fuel injector is installed, the correct injector trim file must be programmed into electronic
control module. Record fuel injector code (Figure 5, Item 1) to obtain injector trim file (WP 0026).

C AU T I O N
Ensure that O-ring and sealing washer are installed correctly, are clean, and are not
damaged.
Do not lubricate O-ring.
Failure to follow this caution may cause engine damage.
N OT E
Evacuate as much fuel as possible from cylinder prior to installing fuel injector.
2. Install six new O-rings (Figure 4, Item 3) and six sealing washers (Figure 4, Item 1) on six fuel injectors
(Figure 4, Item 2).
