Tag and mark elbow to aid installation.
Plug open ports on elbow.
1. Remove three bolts (Figure 1, Item 2) from elbow (Figure 1, Item 1) on engine (Figure 1, Item 3). Discard bolts.
2. Remove elbow (Figure 1, Item 1) from turbocharger (Figure 1, Item 4).
