Install elbow as noted during removal.
Remove plugs from ports on elbow prior to installation.
22. Install elbow (Figure 19, Item 1) on turbocharger (Figure 19, Item 4).
23. Install three new bolts (Figure 19, Item 2) retaining elbow (Figure 19, Item 1) on engine (Figure 19, Item 3).
