15. Remove connector (Figure 10, Item 1), and washer (Figure 10, Item 2) from cylinder head (Figure 10, Item 3).
16. Remove four bolts (Figure 10, Item 6), washers (Figure 10, Item 5), lifting bracket (Figure 10, Item 4), and
spacer plate (Figure 10, Item 7) from cylinder head (Figure 10, Item 3).
