REMOVAL

1. Remove bolt (Figure 1, Item 6), washer (Figure 1, Item 5), clamp (Figure 1, Item 2) and ground wire (Figure 1,
Item 1) from machine.
2. Remove bolt (Figure 1, Item 3), washer (Figure 1, Item 4) and ground wire (Figure 1, Item 1) from machine.

Hydraulic oil is very slippery. Immediately wipe up any spills. Failure to follow this warning
may result in injury to personnel.
N OT E
Mark position and routing of hoses and clamps to aid installation.
Cap hydraulic lines, hoses, and fittings.
3. Disconnect hose (Figure 2, Item 16) from pipe (Figure 2, Item 5).
4. Remove O-ring (Figure 2, Item 15) from pipe (Figure 2, Item 5). Discard O-ring.
5. Disconnect hose (Figure 2, Item 10) from pipe (Figure 2, Item 8).
6. Remove O-ring (Figure 2, Item 9) from pipe (Figure 2, Item 8). Discard O-ring.
7. Remove bolt (Figure 2, Item 1), washer (Figure 2, Item 3) and clamp (Figure 2, Item 4) from bracket (Figure 2,
Item 2).
8. Remove two nuts (Figure 2, Item 14), washers (Figure 2, Item 13) and clamps (Figure 2, Item 12) from bracket
(Figure 2, Item 11).
