Hydraulic oil is very slippery. Immediately wipe up any spills. Failure to follow this warning
may result in injury to personnel.
N OT E
The following procedure is for right track brake. Use the same procedure for left track
brake.
1. Install two guide studs (Figure 11, Item 6) and shaft (Figure 11, Item 3) on machine.
N OT E
Prior to installation, soak disks and plates in SAE 30 oil.
Install friction disks and plates as noted during disassembly.
2. Install three plates (Figure 11, Item 2) and four friction disks (Figure 11, Item 4) on machine.
3. Install ring (Figure 11, Item 5) and two new O-rings (Figure 11, Item 1) on machine.
