Tag, mark, and note routing of hoses to aid installation.
Cap or plug all hydraulic hoses and fittings.
16. Loosen two nuts (Figure 3, Item 9) and disconnect hoses (Figure 3, Item 10) from fittings (Figure 3, Item 8).
17. Remove two fittings (Figure 3, Item 8) from drive motor (Figure 3, Item 2).
18. Remove eight bolts (Figure 3, Item 4), washers (Figure 3, Item 6), four flanges (Figure 3, Item 3), and two
hoses (Figure 3, Item 5) from drive motor (Figure 3, Item 2).
19. Remove six O-rings (Figure 3, Item 7) from two hoses (Figure 3, Item 5) and fittings (Figure 3, Item 8). Discard
O-rings.
WARN I N G
Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support. Ensure lifting
device used is in good condition and of suitable lift capacity. Keep clear of heavy parts
supported only by lifting device. Failure to follow this warning may result in injury or death
to personnel.
N OT E
Drive motor weighs approximately 142 lb (64 kg).
